LET'S GET MESSY

Stay tuned for dates in 2023

Let's Get Messy is a sanctuary for writers, both newbies and old hands, who will create together, free from critique. Feedback or, rather, the fear of it, can hinder the free flow of creativity.

It's not about good or bad; it's about trust.

It's not about perfection; it's about exploration.

These workshops will be of interest to those who:

  • want to meet or develop their creative voice through a curious and compassionate lens

  • are interested in the craft of writing

  • want to kick start or attend to their creative flow and have a take-away (or two!) to work on at a later date

See below for details!

Let's Get Messy Writing Workshops: Welcome

WRITING WORKSHOPS

What to Expect

We'll open with an inspirational meditation for writers

I'll offer a brief teaching piece, using examples to illustrate the theme of the day

We'll dig into various writing exercises to get our creative juices flowing

Time for sharing (if desired)

Feedback will be based on the listener's personal experience of the writing, and not on critique

These workshops are for you if stress-free, non-insistent, and fun are adjectives that speak truth to you.

Workshops are $48 each for 2 hours. Payment is accepted in advance and is non-refundable.
